Unfortunately, the HEX files are the firmware for the device itself. And since I cannot connect to the device, I cannot update the firmware. If someone has access to an original install CD-Rom for the 799, I would appreciate it if your could send me a ZIP file of the iFPDriver folder. I know this is a long shot.
